No ticket, no entry – ALL AGES, including babies, need a ticket.

Searches to persons and bags will be carried out at the point of entry. Please assist us by having your bags open and ready to be searched. Anyone with camping chairs – have them out of the bags before you approach the entrance.
No food or drink of any description allowed to be brought on site.
No glass of any description allowed on site.
No metal containers of any description allowed on site.
We operate an ID 25 policy on entry and at the bars.
Bar service will be refused to anyone who appears intoxicated.
Anyone found attempting and/or purchasing alcohol for those under the age of 18 and/or those without appropriate ID will be removed from site.
Empty, clear plastic containers up to 1L are allowed.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy for both drugs and legal highs.
No entry for visibly intoxicated and/or disorderly persons.
No entry for those found to be carrying any item that could be perceived as a weapon.
No pedal and/or motorised cycles allowed on site.
Organisers reserve the right to remove anyone from the site who is perceived to be behaving in a disorderly and/or anti-social manner, and/or for the purpose of crime prevention.
No animals allowed other than appropriately registered and/or trained Assistance Dogs. These must be registered with the access team a minimum of 20 working days prior to the event. Please refer to our Accessibility Statement for more details.
Under 18s must be accompanied at point of entry and throughout their time at the event by an adult aged 21+ who assumes responsibility for them during the event. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for under 18s on site. One adult aged 21+ may take responsibility for a maximum of 4 under 18s.
No tents, pop-ups or structures allowed on site.
Only umbrellas with plastic tips will be permitted. No steel tips.
No entrance after 6pm.
VIP areas will close 15 minutes after the last act.
Cup Exchange will close 15 minutes after the last act.
