UK TRIBUTE FESTIVALS
ACCESSIBILITY
STATEMENT

UK Tribs Logo Centred

Our whole reason for putting on our first festival was a desire to make festivals accessible on a financial level. We understood people were being excluded from festivals due to ever-increasing ticket costs.

Since that first event, we at UK Tribute Festivals have worked to make our events as accessible and inclusive as possible. There are many barriers to attending festivals, and not all of them are physical. That said, we understand that for some festival-goers, other access requirements will be a factor.

Carer / PA tickets are for customers who could not attend without additional support due to disability-related needs. This support must be significant and beyond what could reasonably be expected from family or friends already attending with you.

Please note:

We may not automatically award Carer / PA tickets for children under 18, as under 18s must always be under the supervision of a responsible adult (aged 21+) at our events.

How to apply:

  • Purchase your ticket.

  • Email your booking reference and proof of ticket purchase to

    accessteam@uktributefestivals.com

  • Include your Access Card with a +1 icon.

  • If you don’t have an Access Card, other documents will be considered. These must show a clear need for a Carer / PA.

Carer / PA tickets are limited. This process protects the integrity of the allocation.

Your request will be reviewed, and if approved, a Carer / PA ticket will be issued.

Important:

This only applies to tickets bought directly from our official partner ticket agencies. We do not accept requests for tickets purchased via resale or third-party sites.

These tickets are provided on the basis that the Carer / PA:

  • Is willing and able to assist the access customer at all times during the event

  • Can help during an evacuation or emergency

  • Arrives and leaves with the access customer

VIP Access:

A Carer / PA ticket alone does not grant access to VIP areas. If VIP access is required, a valid VIP ticket must be purchased. These are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Assistance Dogs

We welcome appropriately trained and/or accredited Assistance Dogs.

To bring one, you must:

  • Complete an Assistance Dog Application Form

  • Submit this form ahead of the event

Request the form by emailing: accessteam@uktributefestivals.com

Dogs must be pre-approved so we can properly manage the site.
